Production Process
At PT Insol Era Dunia, we understand that the quality of our products depends on precise and consistent production processes. That’s why each step in the production of our sawdust briquette charcoal is meticulously executed, following strict operational standards to ensure the highest quality for our customers.
Raw Material Collection
We implement a rigorous selection process for incoming raw materials, as the quality and purity of the wood powder are the foundation for producing the best briquettes.
Mixing & Molding
High-quality sawdust is mixed according to specific proportions, screened, dried, and molded to produce a product that meets the buyer’s requirements.
Carbonization
The molded briquettes undergo a carbonization process in a furnace, with carefully controlled flames and temperatures, to produce the highest quality charcoal.
Cooling and Weathering
The briquettes are cooled inside the furnace to ensure the carbonization process is fully completed, then removed to undergo a stabilization process to maintain temperature and quality before packaging.
Quality control & Packaging
Briquettes ready for packaging undergo temperature testing to ensure packaging safety, as well as combustion testing to assess quality the packaging process proceeds only after the briquettes meet the established standards.
Warehouse and Distribution
Packaged briquettes are placed on pallets and grouped according to orders; temperature and hygiene are continuously monitored to prevent damage prior to distribution, and distribution is carried out in accordance with order and shipping schedules.
